In 2017 CineFest introduced Hong Kong’s cinematographic art to its audience for the first time. The festival presented Hong Kong Film Days from September 12 to 13, supported by HKETO Berlin. On the basis of the success of last year’s program, the parties decided not only to continue their but also to widen program, so not only screenings but also professional meetings and discussions will be organized in 2018 with the participation of VFX experts from Hong Kong and Hungary. From professional side Create HK is involved as cooperating partner and financial supporter of the professional programs. The selection of films will be determined by the VFX theme, so movies with strong visual effects-basis will be screened during the festival.
