In his latest film, Park Chan-wook, the director of Oldboy and The Handmaiden, invites us into
a mystery full of passion and intrigue. Detective Hae-jun works on the case of a mountain climber who has fallen off a cliff. During the investigation, he meets the mysterious and attractive widow Seo-rae. The interrogations bring them closer and closer and Hae-jun starts to listen to his feelings more and more, overwriting all rules and boundaries. A year after the case is closed, their paths cross again, and the detective must confront his own repressed feelings alongside
the unsolved crime.
