Shorts in the competition program of the 15th Jameson CineFest

For years, the feature competition program contained only first or second features from a director, but as our favorite filmmakers moved on to their next projects we had to do the same. Nowadays we simply bring the best and most promising features of the year to the Festival. This year we decided to let the age restriction of entering the festival go in the short film competition program as well.

 

The short features are screened in six program blocks. Swedish, Romanian, French, Israeli, Russian, Canadian, Spanish, Hungarian, German, Finn, South-Korean, Argentinean, Columbian, Mexican, Bosnian, Belgian, English, Iranian, Chinese, Cyprian, Japanese and Dutch directors entered their works to the competition program making it a colorful selection that focuses on up-to-date issues from different points of view.
